Recruiting and Retaining Educators of Color in Los Angeles County

 

 

The Greater LA Education Foundation hosted a webinar on Monday, Nov. 30, to present findings from a forthcoming publication that combines local data, national research, and interviews with county educators and leaders to show the need for more educators of color in LA County, and how the community can work together to meet that need. The webinar also featured perspectives from education leaders who spoke to the importance of and dynamics that influence recruitment and retention of educators of color.
